My name is Megan and I am a fitness professional who is passionate about helping women get stronger through well-rounded workout programs and eating foods that fuel their bodies.
My Story
Fitness and sports have always been a big part of my life, from weight lifting class in school, to running track and field in high school, to my current sport as a competitive waterski athlete.
In college, I decided to take my passion for sports to the next level and learn the physiology and methodology behind exercise. This knowledge is what I want to share with you, to help you reach your fitness goals!
Education and Certifications:
- Graduated from Purdue University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Exercise and Health and a concentration in Sports Performance
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2016
- Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2018.
- Currently working on the Girls Gone Strong Women's Coaching Specialist Certification!
